I don’t know about you…but if my life depends upon the surgeon is who is going to be performing my heart surgery,I want the BEST.I don’t care if they’re expensive. I want someone who does that surgery each and everyday, and knows it better than anyone else. To be honest, I aspire to become your “Systems Doctor” who may perform surgery on your Systems which is metaphorically VITAL. This responsibility touches your Marketing, Sales, Communication, Follow up and more…This process may positively or negatively affect your Customer’s experience, Your worker’s satisfaction levels, and even the energy in the clinic. In my opinion, it would be a huge disservice to just provide you with plane jane templates just to collect a payment. We have so much more potential right in front of us…So I’m going to work on your Systems Health like your life depends on it…

So yesterday we touched on the idea of how much time we will save them with your new Systems, by exchanging out their old tasks and model system, with our new, much more efficient one. But let's talk about an arguably sensitive subject here. Your business will absolutely make a TON of money with this full blown system implemented. I'm not being salesy. It's just straight up facts. I think your Therapists are generally aware of that. They know they are a pivotal piece to the business growing. How can you help motivate them to utilize this powerful system to the MAX?Get them involved in the game!I'm going to keep this incredibly simple. The bigger the bonus, the more motivated they will be. END OF STORY. There are a lot of different models to consider here. The obvious ones, at least in my opinion, would be...Percent capacity (per week)Gross revenue generatedPercent of plan of cares completed BUT, with this new system, you can also add in an extra flavor or two.Who is responsible for gathering the most Google Reviews in one year (or one quarter)?Who is responsible for driving the most WOM traffic?Who is responsible for averaging with the largest amount of visits per plan of care? I think coming up with some form of a hybrid that is simplistic to digest AND allows them to keep track over time (and a friendly form of competition), would do wonders in helping to gamify this incentive structure amongst your team members, AND help them follow through. What do you think? Are you already doing something like this?

So yesterday we talked about how active or inactive your Therapists should be in regards to the Systems you implement. I personally stand by the idea that the Therapist - Patient relationship we have is as strong as it gets in regards to driving action from our clients. The last thing I'll say on this before we start talking "implementation," is, in what other profession do Doctors spend as much time with their clients as Physical Therapists? Exactly. It's not even close. Alright, so let's fast forward and say that you have the ideal System that you'd now like to install for your practice. AND that it heavily involves your Therapists in order for it to drive forwards. How do we have that conversation with our Therapists and / or team members? Before we do, lets establish what we are putting into motion. We are providing a better customer experience, exponentially improving our outreach (while maintaining a high level of personalization), and helping the business make more money. That may be more so from a CEO's lens..So what are your Therapists thinking?Chances are they are going to wonder why they, yet again, are being forced to yet another task...At least that may be the first, initial thought or two they have. If that is the case, how do we conquer it? Here is my take.We need to show them how by doing this process it is GOING to SAVE them time!Compare and contrast it to how much time it would take if they had to do all of that manually!Or, more practically, how much time will it save them based upon what you are CURRENTLY having them do. Okay so we touched upon time and arguably, stress, in this conversation. Tomorrow let's continue the conversation about MONEY.

At one point you’ll have to make a decision around the extent to which your Therapists are involved inside of your GHL systemYour options are rather simpleYou keep them completely out of it.You only incorporate them a little bitThey are heavily involved. Now, lets break down some of the thoughts that may help you make the best decision here. There's a lot to unpack, so I'll do my best to cover as much ground as simply as possible.I think your Therapists level of involvement inside of GHL comes down to 3 very important principles. How active you want them to be in the follow up processes \(HEP, Google Reviews, WOM campaigns, etc\)?What KPI data you want \(that you aren't already automatically getting\)?How IMPORTANT is it for you to regulate and manage both of these!?Meaning... if it's REALLY important for you to get this data, would you be willing to enforce that they spend an extra 10-15 minutes a day on having them fulfill on extra Systematic operations?Based upon my experience and helping coach multiple Therapists through this section, here is my own, personal and very biased approach.I might also add that I come from the background and perspective that I want to uphold myself and my team to the highest level of excellence possible.I want to WOW my customers. I want to stand out from the crowd. I want to do it because I'm not even just chasing a blue ribbon for bringing home "x" amount this year...I'm doing it because I want to leave a legacy behind. That mentality isn't adopted by everyone, which is perfectly fine. However, it is contextual information that helps you understand my answer to the above question. As a CEO, I would gladly enforce that my Therapists take an extra 15 minutes per day IF it helps ...Collect More Google ReviewsGet More Word of Mouth LeadsRetain More Previous ClientsFollow Through on All Meaningful TasksTrack any and all Pertinent Data...Example 1: Track Average Lifetime # of VisitsExample 2: Track Avg Lifetime Value Per TherapistExample 3: Track # of Google Reviews Sent and Received per Therapist

Anyone can make pipeline stages fire with basic automations…I’ve learned that I really am a good fit for the CEO that wants to go the extra mile with their Systems and automationsAdding in flare to automations, videos and images alongside with messaging that resonates with your brand and who you are is a game changer. My goal is not to provide you with a series of individualized, vanilla templates,But rather an entire interconnected digital ecosystem that accentuates and delivers an exceptional customer experience… now that’s different

One of my clients is simply unable to get a hold of his clients after they fill out his form on his Website, whether it be organic or Google ads. He's having a similar problem with his Facebook ads.First and foremost, I think we can agree that his overall marketing pitch, offer, and messaging probably needs some tweaking in the first place.Secondly, he may very well be dealing with poor messaging on his Website as well, which isn't getting his customer's all that "excited."However, putting that aside for a minute... Him and I still wanted to do the best we could for the time being to see if we could provide a different follow up system to get more responses.A quick contextual story here... I've been seeing INCREDIBLE engagement with my chat widget, which prompts someone to reply since a team member is standing by 24/7.I'm taking this same approach by injecting it into my follow up sequences for post website, Google Ad, or FB ad.However, to add in a layer of personalization, professionalism, and 'realism,' we are going to send them a video first!P.S. I'm going to write out the script below this video, so that you could envision what it may sound like as well! I'm excited to test this out.
