Mannarino picked up his fifth ATP singles title this week at the Sofia Open with a 7-6(6), 2-6, 6-3 victory over Great Britain’s Jack Draper in the final.

The Frenchman’s second career title came at the 2022 Winston-Salem Open, where he defeated Laslo Djere in the final to become the oldest champion in the tournament’s history, as well as its first French champion. Mannarino was one point away from exiting the tournament in the first round as he saved four match points during his win over Christopher O’Connell.

In 2023, the Frenchman picked up this third career singles title at Newport in July beating Alex Michelsen in the final, his fourth in Astana in September with a three-set win over Sebastian Korda, and then his fifth in Sofia in November, beating Jack Draper in the final.
